Get a byte range from a virtual GeoTIFF from a script function

GET

/:script_id/geotiff

Support virtual image as GeoTIFF given a script id, function name, script parameters (provided as url query parameters), and a valid byte range. The entire dataset represented by the script, function and parameters is presented as a geotiff and this method allows a user to read a portion of the virtual GeoTIFF. See Byte Serving. Request exactly one TIFF tile per Range request, using the tile byte ranges derived from the header. Up to 16 in-flight requests per image is fine when the tile list uses spatially bounded mixed ordering. Do not fan out at a granule level, with sub-regions each running their own concurrent tile fetches; that makes the service less efficient and does not speed up the download.
