A new and improved Vantor Hub status page is now available. Beginning May 8, all notifications will be posted to this dashboard. The old Hub status page will no longer be maintained.

View the overall system status and subscribe to alerts.

System Status bar​

The system status bar is color-coded as follows:

Color CodeMessageDefinition
GreenAll systems are operationalAll components of the Hub platform are operational.
YellowPartial outageAt least one component is degraded or not operational.
RedSystem outageAll components of the Hub platform are unavailable.

Subscribe​

Subscribe to system alert emails. You will be notified of component outages as soon as they are detected.

View the status of each component or subcomponent.

Click the plus + sign by a component name to expand the list and view each subcomponent. Click the minus - sign to collapse the list.

Component Status History​

View a 90 day status history by component.

Component status history

  • The component status history runs from most recent on the left to oldest on the right.

  • Click on a specific day to see a more detailed status.

Incident History​

When an incident occurs it will be documented in this section. Scheduled maintenance will also be listed in this section.
