Update a watchbox
PUT/watchboxes/:watchboxIdentifier
Replaces an existing watchbox. The request body must include the same watchboxIdentifier as the path and the current updateDatetime for optimistic locking. customer and mission cannot be changed.
Required permissions: CROWS_NEST_BASE_USER and CROWS_NEST_MANAGE_WATCHBOXES
