POST/watchboxes
Creates a watchbox for a configured customer and mission. The service assigns watchboxIdentifier, creationDatetime, and updateDatetime; supplied values for those fields are ignored.
Required permissions: CROWS_NEST_BASE_USER and CROWS_NEST_MANAGE_WATCHBOXES
