Get watchbox activation history

GET 
/watchboxes/:watchboxIdentifier/activations

Returns the intervals during which a watchbox was operationally active, along with the tokens consumed in each. An activation with a null endDatetime is still open.

Required permissions: CROWS_NEST_BASE_USER
