Get SAR/RF collection request options
GET/collection-request-options
Returns the choices available when submitting a SAR/RF collection request: the product types and whether each takes a collection mode, the collection modes on offer, collection window defaults, recurrence rules, the AOI vertex limit, and the request and occurrence state vocabularies.
The same configuration drives validation on submit, so build request forms from this response rather than hardcoding the values. Carries no customer data, so no customer filter applies.
