Update a tipping ruleset
PUT/tipping-rulesets/:rulesetIdentifier
Replaces an existing tipping ruleset. The request body uses the same required fields as creation and must include the current lastModifiedDatetime for optimistic locking. The ruleset identifier in the path is immutable.
Required permissions: CROWS_NEST_BASE_USER and CROWS_NEST_MANAGE_TIPPING_RULESETS
