Get tipping ruleset activation history
GET/tipping-rulesets/:rulesetIdentifier/activations
Returns the intervals during which a tipping ruleset was operationally active, newest first. An activation with a null endDatetime is still open.
Required permissions: CROWS_NEST_BASE_USER
