Initiate test SAR vessel detect delivery

Delivers a fixed, previously collected SAR vessel detect scene to you for integration testing. The delivery exercises the real product pipeline end to end, so what arrives is the same shape as a live collection: a detects package containing scene.geojson, detected_vessels.geojson, and an image chip per detected vessel, an HTML alert graphic, a delivery manifest, and a SAR_Products_Available callback whose manifest lists the package under the sar_vessel_detect_package purpose.

The endpoint returns 202 immediately. Products and callbacks arrive within a few minutes.

Notes​

  • The customer and mission must be configured with Vantor and must have the SAR_Vessel_Detect product type enabled.
  • The same scene is delivered every time, so repeated runs are directly comparable.
  • Every artifact is named with a SAMPLE- prefix so a test delivery is never mistaken for a real one.
  • Products are delivered through every channel configured for your customer and mission: the delivery bucket, your own S3 bucket if custom delivery is enabled, the delivery manifest, the callback payload on S3, the REST callback, and the notification email.
  • The scene was collected in the past, so its collection datetimes are historical. Nothing identifying the customer it was originally collected for is included.
  • A test delivery does not appear in the Maritime Sentry app and does not generate tips.
