Get sharing rule for a collection

GET 
/maus/user-geojson/:geojsonId/sharing

Returns the current sharing rule for a collection. Owner-only. When the collection is not shared, returns shareType: 'none' with an empty sharedEmails list.

Required permissions: CROWS_NEST_BASE_USER
