Get a single EO alert
GET/eo-alerts/:alertIdentifier
Returns one alert with everything that went into it: the tips and watchboxes that drove collection, the strips that were collected, and the search-area calculations used for billing.
Required permissions: CROWS_NEST_BASE_USER
